Kinsey, Lynch & Filipour was formed in 1991 by Chanda L. Kinsey, Jeanne B. Lynch (who is now of counsel) and Sharon V. Filipour.

The firm’s primary area of practice is family law specifically including divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, prenuptial agreements, separation agreements, Property Settlement Agreements, adoptions, protective orders, and family abuse and neglect. Jeanne Lynch drafts wills and trusts, and does probate work and estate planning for the firm.

Each of our attorneys has practiced law in Virginia in excess of 25 years.
